What about utilities?
For Serviced Apartments & Coliving Rooms:
For Daily rentals (1-28) – Utilities are included
For Daily & Monthly Coliving rentals – Utilities are included
For Monthly rentals (1-3 months) – Utilities are included except Electricity which is charged for metered use
What equipment do the kitchens have?
Cooker, fridge, microwave, cutlery, crockery, and utensils. Coffee grinders, mixer/blenders and other equipment on request.
There are communal washing machines and a laundry service by our Housekeeping team
How do I become a Member and get discounted rates?
With a few exceptions, we generally only rent out our Serviced Apartments and Coliving Rooms to Members, and they get discounted rates from those advertised on the site. To apply to become a Member, simply fill in the Membership form here and we’ll get back to you.
Are your Workspaces available to anyone?
Our Workspaces are currently only available for Members and Serviced Apartments and Coliving Guests, and subject to booking availability.
